When we first bought vacation rental (condo) we thought we were going to be fine managing it ourselves remotely. Reality set in pretty fast for us. Condo approvals for each renter, insurance for each vendor going in, state and city taxes, state and city licenses, contracts, inspections. Trying to navigate Airbnb, vrbo and booking.com. While also attending to our guests needs, managing cleaners, ordering supplies. It was a lot!! We found Aviv on Airbnb. They have very good track record with hundreds of positive reviews and SuperHost Status. Took one meeting with Aviv and signed with them the same day. They moved very fast. Got us licensed, insured, set up our tax accounts, listings went live within a couple of days. And from that point on we had exactly what we hoped for - hustle free, stress free passive income.
